Gio’s bar is inspired by Venice but also by Italy. Installed on the bar you will find on the menu ancient Venetian cocktails, but also a list of cocktails based on negroni that range from pink to orange colors of the sunset on the canal and on the basilica San Giorgio. Pitaya worked on the F&B identity of the bar, the OS&E sourcing and the visual identity.
